Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Excellent command of English
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in HR services, outsourcing, or consulting sectors (sales experience in cloud-based payroll and HR solutions is strongly preferred; knowledge of social security and tax regulations is a plus)
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; able to persist and remain focused on targets
Solid commercial and financial acumen, with an innovative approach to business development
Proven ability to follow up effectively and provide post-sales support
Strong presentation skills (verbal and written) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
Careful about personal grooming

Job Description

Conduct corporate sales activities and build strong client relationships
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales activities align with overall corporate objectives
Maintain constant communication with existing and potential clients
Identify prospective clients, conduct visits, and achieve assigned sales quotas
Oversee price analysis, proposals, and contract preparations
Generate leads and close deals through networking and attendance at relevant events
Stay informed on industry trends, conducting regular competitor, product, and market analyses
Prepare comprehensive sales reports on products, services, and customer insights
Broaden knowledge of company solutions and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses vis-à-vis the competition
